Redland City Council is hosting two information sessions to help local businesses prepare for disasters.
The sessions, in partnership with AusIndustry, Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce and Straddie Chamber of Commerce, will be held in Alexandra Hills on 23 January 2023 and Point Lookout on 6 February 2023.
The sessions have been designed to provide business owners with information to help them minimise disruptions when there is a disaster or an emergency.
They will cover the four stages of disaster preparedness management, types of disasters, planning and testing, and the latest trends and opportunities in digital preparedness to help businesses shift from a reactive to proactive approach to help with continuity planning.
