Redland City Council will temporarily close a section of road in Cleveland to undertake immediate sewer maintenance works and repairs.

The western carriageway of Shore Street West, between Fitzroy and Wynyard streets, will be closed on weekdays from 6am Wednesday 4 March until works are completed.

Both lanes of the western carriageway (i.e. traffic travelling towards Brisbane city) will be closed from 6am until 7pm on weekdays for up to two weeks and detours will be in place. This will ensure the safety of Council’s contractors and allow unimpeded access to the underlying sewer.
