There are expected to be some isolated water interruptions in Capalaba this afternoon due to Energex crews damaging a water main in the area.
The damaged water main will require urgent shutdown of the water supply to some businesses including the Capalaba Central shopping complex, Koala Tavern and a business located at 68A Redland Bay Road.
Repairs are expected to take approximately four hours to complete.
Council apologises for any inconvenience and will complete the work as quickly as possible to reduce the potential impact on residents.
