E Waste

Recycle your old TVs

Give your old analogue television a proper farewell and a new life! E-waste recycling has begun at Redland Bay Waste Transfer Station.

You can now bring your unused televisions, computers and computer equipment to our e-waste recycling collection. This is free for all residents and small businesses. (An e-waste collection point will also be available at Birkdale Waste Transfer Station by late June – we’ll let you know when it’s open).

Council already has free cardboard and polystyrene recycling collections at Birkdale and Redland Bay. Use this service to get rid of your new television packaging now – just remember to separate them!

For more information 1300 362 036 or visit our website.
