Redlands severe weather update – New 12:10am (early Sat morning) ferry service to Southern Moreton Bay Islands, respite centre hours extended


Bay Island Transit have advised that one late night passenger ferry service will run to the Southern Moreton Bay Islands (SMBIs) at 12:10am (early Saturday morning). More than 10,500 homes are without power as destructive winds and heavy rain is being experienced in the Redlands this evening. Major rainfall has passed and 150mm is expected overnight.
